  • Vik Zero—built among VIK’s beautiful vineyards in the ideal place for tending the estate’s agroecological garden—brings to life the innovative “garden-to-table” concept. The bountiful organic garden occupies more than a hectare and its fertile soil produces more than 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables, edible flowers and aromatic herbs, accompanied by blue eggs from the Collonca hens, a Mapuche breed.
    The restaurant is a further example of VIK’s hallmark commitment to sustainable development; others include its work in local communities and its preservation of native seeds.
